Wilders, whose party took around 24% of the vote, will need to work with at least two more moderate parties to form a coalition. That is the "logical, right combination," Wilders said, adding that the most important thing was that the parties agreed to talks on how they might cooperate. "Through this order, Norfolk Southern will take a thorough look at the waterways to ensure there are no lasting impacts from the derailment," EPA Regional Administrator Debra Shore said. Norfolk Southern said the order "formalizes the continuation of work that has been ongoing since the derailment under a different regulatory scheme.
